Is it necessary to have an account on

It is not necessary to have an account to purchase items on But it is recommended that you create one. By creating your account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, easy refund and exchange, view order history, notifications, track orders, quicker checkout, manage wish-list and apply vouchers. You will also be able to review and rate products.

Yes. All Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

What if my payments fail?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that all account details, billing addresses and passwords are entered correctly. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, please get in touch with our customer support team. It will be credited back within 7 business days.
Cash Credits & other Vouchers

How do I redeem a Voucher?

To redeem a voucher, enter the voucher code on checkout page in ‘Voucher Code’ tab before you place an order. The complete list of your valid vouchers is listed under the Vouchers tab in your account.

What is Cash Credit and how do I redeem it?

Cash Credit is used to pay for purchases. To redeem a Cash Credit, click on the redeem button on checkout page and select the Cash Credit before you place an order. You can check your Cash Credit balance under the Cash Credits tab in your account. You get Cash Credit when you return items.

Cancellation & Modification

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

How do I cancel an order?

  1. Log into your Shoppers Square account and click on Orders.
  2. Select the item you wish to cancel and click on cancel button.
  3. Fill up the reason for cancellation, mode of refund and confirm cancellation.
  4. Please note that the cancel button would automatically be disabled once the order has been dispatched. Get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number if the cancel button is disabled.

When and how will I receive my refund of the cancelled order?

We will refund the amount you paid within 6 working days as cash credit or back to your account used to make the transaction if the order hasn’t been dispatched. If your order has been shipped, your refund will be processed after we receive the item.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before it has been dispatched, by contacting our customer support team.
Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges?

We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such a case, we charge a nominal delivery fee that offsets our logistic cost. The delivery charge may be waived off for few products. Please check final price during checkout.

How do I track my orders?

You can track your orders in the Orders page in your account by clicking on the ‘track order’ link next to your order. We will also email you the tracking number and the link of our courier partner’s website where you can track the order. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier partner's website.

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

Please click on the ‘track order’ link next to your order in your account or visit our courier partner's website and enter the tracking number to check your order status. You can call our courier partner with your tracking number for any clarifications. If you are not happy by their response, please do give us a call or email us with the order number and we will be happy to help.

Does deliver products outside India?

Not yet, but you can place orders from anywhere across the globe to deliver it to your loved ones in India.
Easy Return, Refund & Exchange

How do I Return/Exchange a product?

We assure you that all products sold at Shoppers Square are brand new, 100% genuine and food items freshly packed and delivered. If the product you received is damaged or has a defect, we will provide with a replacement free of cost. However a replacement is subject to availability of the item in stock. In case the product is out of stock, we will refund the full amount as cash credit or back to your account as you wish. Replacement of products is done within 10 days of receipt.
To Return/Exchange a product, please follow these steps:
  1. Create a Return/Exchange Request by going to Orders in your account. Click on the Return/Exchange button next to the item you wish to Return/Exchange, fill up the details, upload the clear image of the damaged product and confirm. Please note that the Return/Exchange button would automatically be disabled 10 days after you receiving the product.
  2. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original brochures, tags and packaging intact and should not be tampered with or broken.
  3. Please write the Invoice No. on a paper while repacking.
  4. Please mention our address specified below:,

  5. Keep the product ready for pick up.

When will I get my replacement?

We will review the uploaded image of the product after which a pick up is raised within 48 hours. The replacement will be processed within 24 hours from us receiving the returned product.

When are returns not possible?

Returns are not possible when:
  1. Any item which has been tampered, used or installed.
  2. A return request is made beyond the specified time (10 days from date of delivery).
  3. The product is damaged because of use or not in the same condition as received.
  4. Certain products like freebies.
  5. Products covered under manufacturer's warranty.
  6. Items returned without original packaging or freebies.


When is a refund provided?

A refund is provided when we cannot provide you with a replacement. for e.g. when the product is out of stock.

How long would it take me to receive the refund?

It may take up to 6 days for you to receive your refund.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned product, we will review the product and will refund the amount you paid for the products as cash credits or back to your account used to make the transaction.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return a part of your order by selecting and confirming the item to be returned in the Order page.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The gift has to be returned along with the product to be returned.

I have not received the refund to my account yet.

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request. Sometimes financial organizations take time to process the refund request. If the refund hasn't happened by the date promised, please contact us, we will be happy to help.

Does Shoppers Square pick up the product I want to return or exchange?

We offer a free pick up service for your return or exchange. We will pick up the return within 48 hours of you placing the request. Please keep the return shipment ready.
